ABOUT
Dr. Shahad Abdul Wahhab Ibraheem is an academic and researcher specializing in Radiology and Medical Imaging. She currently serves as the Head of the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Techniques at Al-Turath University in Baghdad. Dr. Ibraheem holds a PhD in Radiology and Imaging (2022) and a Master of Science in Radiology (2016) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), following her initial Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Techniques from the College of Health and Medical Technologists in Iraq.Throughout her career, Dr. Ibraheem has gained extensive international experience, including roles as a research assistant at the CaRE center and as a clinical sonographer in Malaysia. Her research interests are focused on Imaging Technology, Breast Cancer Screening, Artificial Intelligence, and Radiation Safety. She has authored numerous high-impact publications in international journals, contributing significantly to the study of ultrasound diagnostic performance and health-belief model interventions. Her professional dedication lies in improving diagnostic accuracy and fostering academic excellence in the field of health and medical technologies.
