Acceptance
Accessing or using the platform means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
Permitted use
The platform is intended to serve the academic community of AL-Turath University. Public browsing, search, and personal CV export are permitted.
Accounts
You need an @uoturath.edu.iq institutional email to create an account. You are responsible for account security. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.
Researcher content
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter in your profile. You grant the university the right to display your data publicly when you enable visibility.
Intellectual property
The platform source code is owned by its original developer Haydar AL-IESSA — all rights reserved. Copying or redistribution is prohibited without written permission. See the LICENSE file in the repository for the full terms.
Prohibited uses
• Impersonating another researcher. • Attempts to breach or disrupt the platform. • Posting abusive or unlawful content. • Commercial use without written permission.
Availability & changes
We may modify or suspend any part of the service without prior notice, particularly for maintenance or development.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Iraqi law. Any dispute is referred to the competent Iraqi courts in Baghdad.
